Housekeeping – Housekeeping Coordinator
- Answering phone calls according to hotel standards
- Maintain and monitor warehouse stock levels
- Handle inquiries from outside vendors
- Writes, types and distributes meeting minutes, daily correspondence and reports. Make copies of correspondence and other printed materials
- Receive visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and refer them to the appropriate person according to their needs
- Schedule and confirm appointments with customers, clients or supervisors
Job Specifications:
- High school diploma or above (Hotel management or related major)
- Good oral and written English and Chinese language skills
- Working experience preferred
