Housekeeping – Housekeeping Coordinator

  • Answering phone calls according to hotel standards
  • Maintain and monitor warehouse stock levels
  • Handle inquiries from outside vendors
  • Writes, types and distributes meeting minutes, daily correspondence and reports. Make copies of correspondence and other printed materials
  • Receive visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and refer them to the appropriate person according to their needs
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with customers, clients or supervisors

Job Specifications:

  • High school diploma or above (Hotel management or related major)
  • Good oral and written English and Chinese language skills
  • Working experience preferred
